What Are Virtual Industry Pro Workouts ?
The FIRST TUESDAY evening from 7:00pm – 8:30pm ET* of every month, we’ll host a
virtual workout featuring an industry pro (VO agent, producer, creative, studio owner, etc.).
They’ll share their background, then you get to read 1-2 pieces of VO copy
for them with their feedback and direction. All sessions end with a Q&A with our guest.

Before her time as a talent agent, Katherine worked in advertising where she gravitated towards the talent side of things before coming to work with Buchwald Talent Agency where she has worked representing talent from coast to coast as well as overseas for 28 years. Her passion for mentoring & developing talent has led her to current role as VP of Commercial Voice Talent & a Heller Award nominee for Northeast Voice Over Agent of the Year. She remains excited to meet with new talented performers.

Rachel Reiss | Liz Lewis Casting Partners

Rachel Reiss, CSA, is a senior casting director at Liz Lewis Casting Partners, specializing in podcasts, animation, film, television, commercials, and voice overs. Her recent credits include projects for Netflix, Apple TV, Disney, and Wondery. A three-time Heller Award recipient for Northeast VO and Commercial Casting Director of the Year (2019, 2022, 2024), Rachel also won the 2023 Artios Award for Best Casting of a Short Film for The F Word. She currently serves as VP of Technology on the Casting Society’s Board of Directors.
This workout’s purpose is feedback on performance and not a paid audition.

Kelly Moscinski is the Owner and Head of Casting at The Voicecaster – the oldest voiceover casting house in the country, established in 1975! With almost 20 years of experience in VO and even more in entertainment, Kelly casts and directs all things Voiceover. A few recent projects include: Cap’n Crunch, Popeyes, Verizon, Walmart+, Google, Amazon, Dungeons & Dragons (Video Game), Ready or Not (Video Game), and so many more in every genre!
