What Are Virtual Industry Pro Workouts ?
The FIRST TUESDAY evening from 7:00pm – 8:30pm ET* of every month, we’ll host a
virtual workout featuring an industry pro (VO agent, producer, creative, studio owner, etc.).
They’ll share their background, then you get to read 1-2 pieces of VO copy
for them with their feedback and direction. All sessions end with a Q&A with our guest.

STEVE
In addition to producing thousands of high quality audio ads in the 10+ years he’s been at Pandora, Steve Pogatch has been the go-to guy for all things VO Casting, VO Direction and VO Quality for Studio Resonate at Pandora/SiriusXM/Stitcher. He’s been responsible for recruiting, auditioning and curating new talent for the Pandora VO Roster as well as managing the Pandora VoiceOver Roster.
DAVID
Lead Bilingual Audio Producer on English, Spanish, and Multicultural campaigns, working with clients from strategy through audio production. VO casting and direction, sound design & music creation, and helping to recruit and curate Studio Resonate’s VO Roster. David is also a musician and plays the pedal steel guitar in several groups in the SF Bay Area.

Tara Ochs is an established writer, performer, producer and teacher in the Entertainment community of Atlanta. As it’s clear she is unable to pick a lane, she has instead become adept at identifying unique voices across the Southeastern region – from up-and-coming playwrights to hometown heroes. While her origins are in the comedy world, as an improviser at Dad’s Garage Theater, she has gone on to expand her work to include a host of Film and TV acting credits (including “Selma,” “Nashville,” “The Resident”). She even wrote and toured a one-woman show addressing social change and civil rights. Tara is a sought-after improv coach and comedy director for corporate clients like The Home Depot, Oracle, Kimberly-Clark, Chick-fil-A and numerous other companies with a sense of humor.
