What Are Virtual Industry Pro Workouts ?
The FIRST TUESDAY evening from 7:00pm – 8:30pm ET* of every month, we’ll host a
virtual workout featuring an industry pro (VO agent, producer, creative, studio owner, etc.).
They’ll share their background, then you get to read 1-2 pieces of VO copy
for them with their feedback and direction. All sessions end with a Q&A with our guest.

Lynda has worked in the VO department of several LA agencies (Daniel Hoff, Tisherman, ARL and Herb Tannen) over her career but opened her own agency in 2011 called McCarrell & Associates LA. Her agency prides itself in treating each talent as an individual, using their strengths to benefit them as well as the organization.

Andy Roth is a casting director/voice-director with a three decade career. After casting for Cunningham EscoB Slevin & Doherty (CESD), he started his own company and has worked with many of the biggest advertising agencies, casting houses and production companies in the world. He has cast for many of the major streaming services and commercial projects for known brands including, Spotify, Oculus, Target, Coca Cola and many more. He’s voice-cast and/or voice-directed for Netflix, MAX, AppleTV+ and Crunchyroll. His most recent shows include Kaulitz & Kaulitz (2024), Too Hot To Handle – Brazil & Germany (2023), Valeria (2021), The Forest (2017), and the animated series’ Gal and Dino (2020). Andy has taught & worked with New York University’s Tisch School and acting programs including Rutgers, Syracuse University, Terry Knickerbocker Studio & William Esper Studio.
