AGENT Lina Ramirez-Mills is the Head of Commercial & Voiceover at Atlanta’s premier talent agency, Formation Talent Agency (formerly known as People Store). Bilingual and driven by a passion for client success, Lina expertly manages a diverse roster, securing strategic, high-impact partnerships for talent across Commercial, Influencer, Celebrity, Hosting/Live Events, and Voiceover campaigns. Since joining People Store as an intern, she has held multiple roles, including Film & TV Assistant, Office Manager, and Commercial Agent, before rising to her current leadership position. Lina’s unwavering dedication and love for the industry continue to fuel her mission as an advocate for actors and creatives.
AGENT Ryan Parker earned his degree in Entertainment and Media Studies from the University of Georgia and began his career as a production assistant shortly after graduating. Seeking a change of pace within the industry, Ryan joined Formation Talent Agency (formerly People Store) as a Film/TV Assistant and quickly recognized his passion for the dynamics of talent representation. Over time, Ryan’s dedication and expertise propelled him to his current role as an agent. With a profound commitment to actor advocacy, he thrives on fostering robust, collaborative partnerships with his talent, grounded in mutual trust and respect.
TALENT Greer Howard has over 20 years of experience as a TV Host, actress, spokeswoman and voiceover artist. She was the Atlanta Braves Host for six years and did over 450 pre-game shows. She’s been the host for Atlanta’s Best New Homes (WATL36) for six years and spokeswoman for Paramount Auto Group for fifteen years. Greer also has been the principal talent for over 150 commercials.
TALENT Heidi Rew is co-owner of Atlanta Voiceover Studio. After leaving an on-air radio career, she has been a full-time voice over and on-camera actor for almost 15 years. She’s voiced campaigns for brands like Jiffy Lube, Redfin, Instacart, Build A Bear, Autonation, LA Fitness, Denny’s, Subway, Coke and many more. Her on-camera acting and hosting includes clients like Home Depot, Peach State Truck Center, Food Network and the Marvel show She Hulk.
