Please read carefully before scheduling a session. Our Intro to VO Workshop (or the equivalent somewhere else) is a pre-requisite for scheduling a private coaching session. If you haven’t taken OUR Intro to VO Workshop BUT the equivalent somewhere else, you must set up an introductory 30 minute session with the coach of your choice. If you’re a working VO professional, no need to arrange an introductory session, just send your demo to your coach after scheduling. Private coaching sessions are conducted via ZOOM meetings. You’ll receive the zoom link in a reminder email 24 hours before your session.

A native Atlantan and UGA graduate, Trevor has worked as a professional voice actor for over 20 years! Her background in comedy and radio, helped provide Trevor a versatility that helps her deliver a performance that her clients desire. She brings an authenticity and infectious passion to her work. More than once she’s heard, “I had no idea that was even you!” Her clients include Scana Energy, Delta Airlines, Coca-Cola, Minit Mart, Virtue Hair Care, UPS, and more. In her free time, she adores cooking and working with a hot glue gun. She is one of our Beginner Voiceover Intensive coaches, and we’re fortunate to have her on board!


JAMES YOUNGER | Expertise: Home Studio Set-Up, Editing, Recording, Post Production

James joined the acting industry in 2013. While acting, he began composing music for film and TV as well as producing other styles of music in his spare time. With his extensive background in audio engineering and years of acting experience he decided to join the two together and has been voice acting ever since. In addition to creating video content for The Atlanta Voiceover Studio and Mike Stoudt Productions, Inc., James teaches our Learn Adobe Audition and Learn Audacity classes.

SALLY NEAL | Expertise: 30+ years experience as a Voiceover Agent, Script Analysis

Sally has been in the industry as a voiceover agent for more than 30 years. Her agenting background includes The Burns Agency, AMT, People Store, and Houghton Talent. Other previous experience includes owning a casting company, consulting talent, and being involved in the creative division of advertising agencies and Turner Broadcast. Over the years she has taught classes whenever possible, sharing her knowledge and leading many to a successful voiceover career.

Jill Perry is a high energy Beginner Voiceover Intensive instructor at AVS. A touch of humor and theatre games before booth time is the way to go! She’s recorded for Hyundai, Pandora, Lennox, WB India, Racetrac, Arbys, Marriott, Pebble Beach Golf Course, Ford, Jumeirah, Belmond, VISA, NASA, Timken, Assa Abloy, Georgia Pacific, and walks you through most hospitals and many doctors’ and dentists’ offices across our mighty nation. Baking bread, tai chi with really old folks, singing songs, digging in the dirt, and hitting the beach with a good book are things she does when not on campus at AVS.


JULIE SHAER | Expertise: Kids Voiceover 
Julie a voice over actor whose clients include Equifax, Calphalon, American Cancer Society and the Department of Health and Human Services. She’s also a stage, film/TV actor as well as co-owner of Sketchworks Comedy Theatre. Julie co-leads our Intro to Voiceover Workshop for Kids!


CASEY HOLLOWAY | Expertise: Kids Voiceover 
Casey is an actor and director who feels the most fulfilled when getting to make others laugh. She is also an accomplished voice over artist and narrator with over 200 audiobooks under her belt and several ongoing promotional campaigns. Casey co-leads our Intro to Voiceover Workshop for Kids!
