This year’s theme is ANIMATION. Hear from our panelists (see the list below) and ask questions about animation – what’s going on in Atlanta, how can we get more animation opportunities, what’s on the horizon in 2022 and more.

Amanda Miller | Anime & Animation Voice Actor
Before moving to Atlanta in 2018, she spent almost a decade in LA working in animation, video games, anime, audiobooks, and commercials for companies like Disney, Netflix, Cartoon Network, Fruit of the Loom, Audible, Sony, Microsoft, Nike, Dunkin’ Donuts, and more.
Her most recent credits include voicing Boruto in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, Sailor Jupiter in Sailor Moon Crystal, Jo in Kid Cosmic and Flutterina in She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, both on Netflix.

Charles West | CW Studios
Charles West is owner of CW Studios, an animation and film production studio, that he started in 2010. Charles is a writer, producer, cinematographer and animator. Not only has his list of accomplishments spanned feature films (starring actors like Robin Givens & Greg Alan Williams) but he also signed a multi-million dollar deal with YouTube Kids for 24 episodes of his animated TV series “Nubbin and Friends,” starring John Amos, Loretta Devine and Elizabeth “EG” Daily.
Charles has filmed with Steve Harvey, Nick Cannon, Anthony Anderson, Nike, The CW Network, BET, CBS & more. His goal is to create content and help others considered the underdog to do the same. He believes in creating relationships with other creatives who share the same passion for impacting their communities.
Ashley Kohler | President & Exec Producer Awesome Inc.
Ashley Kohler is the multi-hyphenate head of motion design and animation studio Awesome Inc. Ashley launched Awesome Inc in 2006 after eight years at Cartoon Network. Ashley has led teams on over 150 episodes of series animation for networks like Adult Swim, Hulu and
IFC, while also supervising commercial, promo, and packaging projects for clients including FX, Cartoon Network, Wieden+Kennedy, and Nickelodeon. She is passionate about improving diversity in animation and empowering artists throughout the Southeast.
