Coaching with Atlanta Voiceover Studio is no guarantee of future work. Private coaches are equipped to instruct students with techniques and skills they will need to apply in the voiceover industry. They’ll give honest evaluations and information to best help the student determine their own career within the “world of Voice Over.” Each coach will work within the framework of the student’s talents, goals and progress, to help plan their next steps.
Coaches reserve the right to postpone sessions last minute for last minute gigs, although every effort will be made to keep appointed times. Our coaches are professionals first, who coach and share their insights based on active, ongoing careers. Sessions may often have to move if the coach books a professional job. Usually, there is 24 hours notice, but not in all cases as gigs tend to happen last minute.
Students are also allowed to postpone last minute for professional gigs or emergencies, but postponing is not a cancellation by either the coaches or the students. Times must be rescheduled immediately, or as soon as possible.
An outright cancellation by the student requires 24 hours notice. If a cancellation occurs without the offer to reschedule within 24 hours of the session, the coaching fee is forfeited and non refundable.
Coaching takes place virtually for maximum flexibility. Since most of the work we do with clients is increasingly virtual, students need to get used to working remotely. From time to time, in person sessions may be offered at Atlanta Voiceover Studio, on a case by case basis.
